Are you looking for a new workout that combines cardo and core strength? If so, this pulse pumping 35 minute interval ride, on a stationary bike, combined with 10-15 minutes of core work (off the bike on a mat), followed by a relaxing stretch is just for you! You'll burn calories, build strength, and leave feeling energized. Instructed to a mix of music including House, Pop, Rock and Club Remixes. Led by certified instructors who will help you push to a new level of aerobic fitness and core strength. If you want high intensity intervals on the bike and core strengthening off, this is the class for you. All levels and abilities welcome.
Bike shoes with SPD pedals OR athletic sneakers required. Workout attire recommended.
Showers available for post ride rinse off. Towels available at no additional charge, but please bring your own soap and shampoo.
