Is your teen looking for a new workout that includes riding? If so, Cycle+ Core is a pulse pumping interval ride (on a stationary bike) combined with core strengthening that gives your teen a solid cardio workout while making the most of cycling's ability to get in shape and have fun! Instructed to today's top pop hits, this series will introduce the new rider to indoor cycling while motivating them to work hard and have fun. Each hour consists of; 5 minutes bike set up, 40 minutes of riding, 10 minutes of Abdominal/Core work off the bike and 5 minutes stretching. Led by certified instructors, your teen will feel comfortable on the bike while learning how to enjoy the strength building cardio workout cycling offers.
