Brick Church Music Series Cancellation
Due to public health concerns regarding public gatherings, the two remaining concerts in our 2019-2020 Brick Church Music Series season have been canceled.  These are the Small Glories show scheduled for 3/21, and the Andrea Beaton & Troy MacGillivray show scheduled for 4/3.  We expect to reschedule both concerts as part of our 2020-2021 season. 
Ticket prices are fully refundable (minus the service charge if bought online).  For those who purchased their tickets on-line, we will be arranging for a credit on the credit card you used to purchase the ticket.  For those who purchased tickets at the Town Clerk’s Office, we will be contacting you for your address so we can mail a refund check.  To minimize health risks to Town staff, we are asking that patrons do NOT stop in the Williston town offices for ticket refunds!  We appreciate your patience and cooperation with the evolving public health situation.

Online Ticket Purchase Procedure- follow the steps below to purchase.
  • If you already have a household account with Williston Recreation, log in by hovering over "Account" above and then clicking on "Account Login".
  • If Not, you will need to create a Household Account.  Hover over "Account" above and then click on "Create Account".  
  • Fill out information requested.  You may add family members to the household, if you choose, but are not required to purchase tickets.
  • You are NOT required to include any medical information or fill-in any other non-required fields.  These exist primarily for registering for active recreation programs.
  • Once logged in, Click on the "Register" Icon.
  • Scroll down to the "Brick Church Music Series", Click on the button.
  • Below look for the concert(s) that you want to purchase tickets for.
  • Click on "Add to "NAME's" Cart" under the "Register" Column below.  If the name shown is not the one you want, click on the "Change Member" to select a different person.  
  • You will then be asked to select the quantity of tickets you want to purchase.  You can purchase 1-10 tickets for each concert. Choose number and click "Next".
  • Next you will be asked to select the family members or guests that will be attending. (Guest do not have to be part of your family.  Select guest under the pull down and then type in their name). 
  • The tickets will be put into your cart. Continue to do this for each concert that you want to purchase at this time.  You can purchase as many concerts as you want in one check out.
  • Now proceed with "Check Out" of your cart.  At the end of check out you will be required to pay online with a credit card.

Online Purchases:
  • Online Ticket Sales, for each performance, is open until the Thursday prior to the performance date.
  • Tickets can also be purchased at the Williston Town Hall.
  • A convenience fee of 3.5% or $2.00, whichever is higher, is added to your total balance at the end of the transaction.
  • A Ticket will not print out after registration.  You will receive a receipt by email.
  • A list of names of who registered and paid online will be at the door.
  • A ticket is not needed for entry, but bring your receipt if possible.

Discounts
  • Seniors 62 and over and child under 12, discounts will be applied at checkout if applicable to the concert you choose. 
  • Some concerts do not have discounts.  
  • To receive the child or senior discounts each person has to be a member of your household.
  • Guest's age is not recorded so discount will not apply. 
  • Guests can be added to your household by clicking on "Account Member" and then "Add Account Member".  Fill out the info for them.
