Players receive lacrosse instruction at a level that will both challenge them and ensure they have a fantastic experience at camp. Our professional, qualified coaches will cover different topics and themes each day. Ample scrimmage time will ensure players have the opportunity to put these new skills into practice.
Players are typically organized into the following groups:
Foundation Lacrosse Level: Focusing on developing a basic understanding of the sport, the Foundation curriculum is designed for the beginner to intermediate player. Participants will learn how to play lacrosse through a series of activities and then take part in small scrimmages to put into practice what they have learned. A great way to learn this popular sport, while having fun!
Development Lacrosse Level: Players will focus on refining their skills in dodging, cradling under pressure and field positioning, and develop their tactical understanding of the game.
All equipment needed for this program will be provided, but players are welcome to bring their own lacrosse stick if they have one.
