The Williston Town Band is a group of local musicians who volunteer their time and talents to perform summer concerts at the town bandstand. The Town Band was established in 1958 by Howard Carpenter and Herb Painter in response to the need of a marching band for the July 4th parade. Since then, over 400 musicians have participated in this organization.
