Yoga- Gentle, Age 50+

NOTE:  Senior Fitness Programs are suspended until further notice.  It will posted on this page when the program is offered again.

The program is for those 50+ who are seeking a Yoga class that is gentler on the body.  The focus will be to mindfully breathe while executing basic poses in a slower paced, relaxing environment.  Modifications will be demonstrated to adapt to participants' needs through this inviting and supportive program. 

Instructor: Toni Kunker 
Bio: Toni is a certified land, aqua, and senior fitness instructor, personal trainer, and 3rd Degree Black Belt, with 30 years teaching experience in the fitness industry.  She has worked with a variety of populations ranging from children, teens, developmentally disabled adults, adults, and seniors.  Toni loves all things health and fitness.  She enjoys spending time with her family and rescue dogs, being outdoors xc and downhill skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, running, as well as exploring the arts through dance, music and arts and crafts.  

What to Bring:
Water bottle (recommended but not required as we have paper cups and access to water)

What to Wear:
Comfortable loose fitting clothing you can move in as well as sturdy shoes (sneakers recommended).
