Are you looking for a Gentle Chair Yoga program? Well, look no further as this new program can be a great addition to your fitness routine.
Gentle stretching and range of motion exercises, combined with balance exercises designed to strengthen the lower body and core.
This program can be taken Virtually with a Live instructor or In-Person at the instructor's studio. Note: You must be fully vaccinated if attending in-person.
In-Person: A chair is needed for this program. You can bring your own and leave it at the studio for the duration of the program, or bring it with you each time, there is also limited number of chairs available at the studio.
